Maxwell Bisala Konlan is a Senior Dietitian at the University of Ghana Hospital. He is also a nutrition consultant for Executive heart Centre, EnE Medical Centre, Sonia Nabeta Foundation, Ashesi University Health Centre and a part time lecturer at Oak City Nursing school. Maxwell is a young enthusiastic young professional who is committed to improving the lives of people in the community through health promotion and education. His interest in improving food environments has inspired him to partner with “Tasty treats Ghana" one of the biggest food service companies in the University of Ghana to set up a special diet services to provide healthy meals to people who want to eat healthy or living with chronic diseases within the university of Ghana campus. He has a background in Dietetics and Master of Public health in the same University with seven (7) years working experience.
